FAQ
Do I need an account? No. Look around without signing in. To launch, create a Solana wallet in this browser or connect an existing one. Signing in is free and sends no transaction. A browser wallet needs a passphrase and a private-key backup; CINDR cannot recover it if you lose the key or clear its storage before exporting.
Who holds my funds? Your primary wallet is yours alone. Campaign wallets are created by CINDR, with keys stored encrypted, and you can export a key anytime.
What does it cost to run? Normal Solana network fees, paid from each campaign wallet. Keep about 0.01 SOL in it.
Can I change a campaign's mode? No. It's fixed so a Hold campaign can never burn what it was keeping. Start a new campaign instead.
Why was a cycle skipped? Usually price impact: the pool was too thin for that amount. Try smaller amounts more often. See Guardrails.
Why did my campaign pause? Low balance, repeated failures, a sale in progress, or you paused it. The campaign page says which. Fix it and resume.
What happens to my funds if I delete a campaign? Leftover SOL stays in the campaign wallet. A campaign that still holds tokens can't be deleted: sell first, or pause it. You can always export the wallet's key.
Which tokens work? Solana SPL and Token-2022 tokens with a market on Jupiter. Tokens that could be frozen, blocked or taken back are refused.
Can I use the API? Yes. Create a key in Settings → API keys. API keys work with campaigns, but can never sell, change your primary wallet, create other keys, or export a private key. See the REST API.
